Sarba Project is the inaugural project of Elias TAHAN Est.

Launched in 1983, it consists of 4 big blocks, 7 to 8 floors each. These buildings were among the first buildings to be executed at Sarba area .

The 4 blocks are divided as below:

- Block A consists of 8 floors, 2 apartments each, a big warehouse and 3 commercial shops.

- Block B consists of 8 floors, 2 apartments each, a big warehouse.

- Block C consists of 6 floors, 3 apartments each, and a big warehouse.

- Block D, consists of 8 floors, 2 apartments each and 4 commercial shops.

Sarba Project was the starting point of the long path for Elias TAHAN Est.
